I have made quite a few of these little cards because they are so quick, easy, and cute! You could also put Happy Birthday in place of the saying. The lady bug is made using 3 different sized circle punches, just cut the red one in half and place at an angle to look like wings. I saw a card similar on splitcoast stampers and used the materials I had on hand to make one.
